NEPA Reporting
The requirements to complete a NEPA Report for cellular towers can be very complex and often vary widely from state to state. No company handles your NEPA requirements more quickly and cost effectively than Trileaf. Trileaf's standard procedure is to complete the required site visit and send out the agency letters within 15 days of receiving a site. As Trileaf does preliminary research on the endangered species, Indian tribes, wetlands, flood plains, archeological and historical architectural issues, we can in most cases provide you with very good information on viability of a site prior to receiving return responses from the agencies.

The Section 106 submission of the NEPA report is often the most critical. Trileaf has strong working relationships with the various SHPO offices (State Historic Preservation Offices), and if necessary, can negotiate mitigation to accommodate your tower location.
If your proposed site does encounter problems, Trileaf can complete an E/A consistent with the requirements of the FCC.
